New Goal: The New Me: LEAN & LIGHT
Lean refers to my weight, an objective of getting thinner body than I have now. I know, as everyone told me often, that my body is alright, no matter how bulky I think I am. But I have a bulging tummy, have this folds of belly, that I am conscious about. So the goal is to eliminate baby fats, develop abdominal muscles hopefully, and gain lean physique.
Light refers to my skin color. I have dark brown complexion and I want a lighter one. I have done this before and have proven its effectiveness so I decided to apply it again after sometime that I stopped it. I am not Michael Jackson and I don't do what he has done to his skin, despite the fact that I can not afford his choice of procedure. Mine is just pocket easy however effective as well.
Intervention to be Lean:
1. Workout
I will go back to fitness center, the one I used to workout every night after my nursing classes, named "Universal Gym" fronting the SM City North Edsa. I will do my workout every other day, at least thrice a week. My fitness program shall concentrate on the abdomen; other programs that involve weight lifting shall utilize plates and numbers at 15lbs at most.
I believe I am born with muscles, so there will be little contraction for biceps, triceps, and chest muscles. Abs programs are the hardest to do so I will mix it up with shoulders and legs from time to time. I should remember that I am aiming at lean physique, not the bulky, brawny, beefy one.
2. Diet
During my break days from working out, Wednesday or Thursday for example, I will go to some night spots for a gig - videoke singing or disco dancing or simply liquor drinking.
This will be the new Me, loveless and free! And of course, SEXY!

2. Diet
Breakfast is the most important meal for me, so I don't care how much I can devour at morning meals. But I guess I have to limit my intake of fried foods, hard boiled eggs or pouched eggs will do, and of course energy drink plus rice. For the few months that I commence my workout once again, I guess I have to drink milk so that my goal of getting lean is facilitated. I am a lactose intolerant, so drinking milk will give me loose bowel movement (LBM) which for me is equivalent to lean body mass (LBM). I will take less rice or no rice at all at lunchtime. Most of my lunches are spent at the office with my voracious eater-officemates, so I have to mind my diet. Bringing packed lunch I believe is the best thing. For my dinner, I thought of taking oatmeals at 5pm. That means I will be taking my dinner at my office desks. This is my so-called "before 6 diet".
Intervention to be Light:
1. Diet
Fresh fruits and vegetables shall be the major component of my meals. Fortunate enough that my place in Manggahan, Commonwealth is the market of freelance vendors selling variety of fruits and vendors on the sidewalk. I don't eat carrots but this time I have to; I am even thinking of drinking carrot shake everyday. Hmm... I wish I could. Tomatoes and more yellow fruits shall be in the top list. I will ask my sister to steam vegetables for me every morning or at night when I get home from work.
2. Supplements
This is what I mentioned earlier that I have done before but I stopped at some point. I will resume my taking Glutathione capsules once or twice a day. I have proven it as effective whitening solution. I have not really researched about it but I experienced its potency and I have glimpsed the moment when my skin lightened and most of my friends were asking what I'd done and I whitened. This is however expensive but I think I can afford it. And I plan of taking this pill forever.

On weekdays:
5:30 - 6:00 am - Rising/Clean up/Breakfast
6:00 - 7:30 am - Travel from home to office
8:00 - 5:00 pm - Officework
5:00 - 5:30 pm - Oatmeal
5:30 - 6:30 pm - Travel from office to fitness gym
7:00 - 9:00 pm - Workout
9:00 - 9:30 pm - Travel back home/Sleep
On weekends:
7:00 - 8:00 am - Rising/Breakfast
8:00 - 10:00 am - House chores
10:00 - 4:00 pm - Home entertainment
4:00 - 4:30 pm - Travel to fitness gym
5:00 - 7:00 pm - Workout
7:00 onwards - Church/Movies/Home
